Terms of Use.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Analytic website at folester.xyz and every page on it (the "Site"). Analytic is a product of Folester ("Folester", "we", "us"). By connecting a wallet, signing the login message, using the calculator, applying to the ambassador program, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in section 19.

2. What Analytic is

Analytic lets you check how much of the $ANAL token a Solana wallet is eligible for in a planned airdrop. The Site reads the wallet's public on-chain activity, calculates an allocation under the rules in these Terms, and saves that allocation so it can be used for a later distribution.

Using the Site is free. Registering never requires a payment, a transaction, or a token approval from you. Registering does not buy, sell, or lend anything, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell tokens or a solicitation to invest.

3. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for a company or another person, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.

You may not use the Site if you are on a sanctions list, are located in a place where taking part would be illegal, or are barred from receiving digital assets under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for knowing and following those laws. We may restrict or block access from some regions at any time.

Each person may register one wallet. Registering more than one wallet to receive more tokens is not allowed (see section 10).

4. Your wallet and your signature

To register you connect a Solana wallet and sign one login message. The message is not a transaction. It costs no gas and moves no funds. We use it only to confirm that you control the wallet.

• We never ask you to approve a transaction.
• We never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
• We never ask for a token approval or spending permission.

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, and your devices. If anyone asks for any of the items above in our name, stop and do not respond. Our only official channels are folester.xyz and Folester's official X account. We do not start conversations to ask for funds.

5. How allocations are calculated

Your allocation is the number of successful transactions we count for your wallet, up to a cap of 10,000 transactions, multiplied by 1 $ANAL. In short: 1 successful transaction equals 1 $ANAL. For example, 100 transactions is 100 $ANAL and 5,000 transactions is 5,000 $ANAL.

A successful transaction is one that involves your wallet and finished without an error on the Solana network. We read this from public blockchain data when your wallet is scanned. Failed transactions are not counted.

We also show tiers (Signal, Pulse, and Peak) based on your transaction count. Tiers are a label only and do not change your allocation.

Your allocation is locked at your first registration (the snapshot). Activity after that moment does not increase or reduce it. We may correct an allocation that is wrong because of a technical error, a data error, or abuse. We save scan results for each wallet, and we may run a scan again to correct errors or investigate suspected abuse.

6. Eligibility checks and review

To reduce abuse, a wallet is checked against four criteria. A wallet must pass any 3 of the 4 to be eligible:

• Wallet age of at least 90 days.
• At least 100 successful transactions.
• At least 20 active days.
• A balance of at least 0.01 SOL.

These thresholds can change before the snapshot. We also look for patterns that suggest automation or farming, such as a very large number of transactions in a very few days, or a wallet first funded by another registered wallet. A wallet with such a pattern may be placed in manual review. Our review decision is final, and we may approve, reject, or adjust a registration at our discretion.

7. Mandatory tasks and unlocking

Tasks are mandatory. Registering gives you an allocation, but you must complete the published tasks to unlock it. Each task unlocks a stated percentage of your allocation. For example, a task that unlocks 5% releases 5% of your allocation once it is completed and approved. Completing all tasks unlocks 100%.

Tasks open at the launch date shown on the Tasks page. We may add, change, pause, or end tasks, and we will show each task's status and the percentage it unlocks on the Site. We confirm completion ourselves, by checks we run or by reviewing what you submit, and we may reject a completion that is false, incomplete, or made by unfair means.

The part of your allocation that is not unlocked is not distributed to you. Tokens that are not unlocked stay in the airdrop pool. Unlock percentages are meant to add up to 100%, and the amount you have unlocked is shown on your dashboard.

8. Distribution and timing

The airdrop pool is 70% of the total supply of 1,000,000,000 $ANAL. If the total of all approved allocations ever exceeds the pool, every allocation is reduced in the same proportion when we prepare the distribution. We never scale allocations up to use leftover tokens.

We do not promise a date for the snapshot, the distribution, a listing, or any other event. Dates on the Site are plans, not commitments, and can change. Tokens are sent only to the wallet you registered. We cannot recover tokens sent to a wallet you no longer control.

9. Ambassador program

The ambassador program has 50 spots. Applications are open to verified X accounts. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. We choose ambassadors at our sole discretion and may close the program, change it, or decline any application without giving a reason.

Accepted ambassadors may receive an extra $ANAL bonus allocation and $10,000 in benefits, as described on the Ambassadors page and as confirmed to you in writing when you are accepted. Benefits may be withheld, reduced, or taken back if you break these Terms or the conduct rules below. Bonus allocations follow the same distribution rules as other allocations.

Ambassadors are independent. You are not our employee, agent, partner, or representative, and you cannot make promises or sign anything on our behalf. You are responsible for any tax on benefits you receive.

• Be honest. Say clearly that you are an ambassador for Analytic by Folester whenever you promote it.
• Do not promise or predict a price, profit, or return, and do not give financial advice.
• Do not spam, use bots, buy followers or engagement, or run fake accounts.
• Do not misrepresent Folester, the airdrop rules, or the tasks.
• Follow the laws and the platform rules that apply to you, including the rules of X and Telegram.

The information you give in your application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may end your participation at any time.

10. What you may not do

• Register more than one wallet to collect more than one allocation, or use wallets you do not control.
• Move funds between wallets to create activity, or generate transactions only to increase your count.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Site, or try to get around rate limits, bot checks, or other safeguards.
• Try to read, change, or damage data that is not yours, probe the Site for weaknesses without our written permission, or disrupt its operation.
• Give us false information, impersonate another person, or pretend to speak for Folester.
• Use the Site for anything unlawful, including fraud, money laundering, or evading sanctions.

If we believe you have done any of these, we may reject or cancel your allocation, remove you from the leaderboard and the ambassador program, and block access, without notice.

11. Third-party services

The Site depends on services we do not control, including your wallet software, the Solana network and its RPC providers, X, Telegram, and our hosting, database, and bot-check providers. They can fail, change, or be unavailable. We are not responsible for them, for what they do, or for content on sites we link to. Using them is subject to their own terms.

12. Risks and no advice

Digital assets are volatile and risky. A token can lose all of its value, may never be listed, and may be hard to sell. Laws about digital assets are changing and differ between places. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and software, including ours, can contain errors.

Allocations are not a guarantee of future value. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research and speak to a qualified professional before you act. You take part at your own risk.

13. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to tokens or benefits you receive. We do not give tax advice and are not responsible for your tax obligations.

14. Our content and your content

The Site, including the names Analytic and Folester, the logos, the designs, the text, and the code, belongs to Folester or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use the Site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, sell, or reuse it in a way that suggests it comes from you.

When you send us content, such as an ambassador application, you let us use it to review your application, run the program, and contact you. You promise it is yours to share and does not break anyone's rights.

15. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free of errors, that scan results will be complete, or that an allocation will be distributed or will have any value.

16. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Folester and the people who work with it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost tokens, lost data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or your inability to use it, even if we were told it could happen. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Your responsibility

You agree to cover the losses, costs, and claims that Folester suffers because you broke these Terms or the law, or because of content you gave us, to the extent the law allows.

18. Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end your access, reject an allocation, or remove an application at any time, especially if we suspect abuse or a legal problem. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on risk, liability, and intellectual property, continue after access ends.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed (October 25, 2026). For important changes we will post a notice on the Site. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new Terms.

20. Contact

You can reach Folester through our official X account (https://x.com). We will only contact you from our official X account or from folester.xyz. If someone claiming to be Folester asks you for money, a seed phrase, or a token approval, it is not us.
